Shipping and Delivery


Shipping Options & Times

We provide standard, next-day and overnight delivery service. Please refer to the information below to calculate shipping times.
Everyday Products Ships within 3 days from the date you place your order.
Allow 4 to 7 additional days for delivery.
Holiday Products Ships approximately 2 months before the holiday.
FTD® Fresh Flowers® Ships via Federal Express overnight delivery only.
Out-of-Stock Products You will be notified if an item is out of stock soon after you place your order.
Shipments Outside the Continental U.S. Customers operating in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands should allow 3 weeks for delivery.

Fresh Flowers are always shipped next day air. Prices include all shipping. There is no extended pay terms for flowers. Orders must be placed 7 days before requested delivery date. No Monday deliveries are available

Our stock is shipped from various locations, so your order may arrive in more than one shipment. When you place your order, you'll receive an FTD Order Confirmation Number, transmitted to your shop via Mercury and email. A packing list will be affixed to the first carton of each shipment.


Shipping Charges

Standard shipping and handling charges are calculated at 20% for the Continental US and Canada and at 22% for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. $5.95 US ($8.95 CDN) minimum charge per carton for shipping and handling.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping and handling.

Next-day shipping rates will vary due to the size and weight of items shipped. For overnight and next-day rates, please call a Marketplace Representative at 1-800-767-4000 or email us at emarketplace@ftdi.com.


Delivery Problems

If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact a Marketplace Representative immediately at 1-800-767-4000 or email us at emarketplace@ftdi.com.

If your order is not delivered, we will initiate a trace and/or issue a replacement order at your request. If proof of delivery for the original order is subsequently obtained, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the replacement order.

Damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. For details see our Return Policy.
